JIM STAGNITTA

Founder/Director

Coach Stagnitta has extensive experience in the camp and exposure events business having served as a college & professional coach for over 30 years. He founded the MVP Lacrosse Camps in 1998 and then created the MVP Team Tournaments in 2004. The MVP Tournaments were one of the original Team Exposure Events and considered the Gold standard which set the stage  and template for all of the Team Tournaments that follow.

His teaching camps focused on providing attendees with high level coaching staffs at top notch facilities while on the exposure event side the focus was providing athletes and college coaches alike with an environment that allowed for high level play and easy evaluation. This was accomplished through attention to detail , staffing and providing the special add-ons to create a positive and sustainable experience. His experience as both a coach, recruiter and parent of a college athlete provides unique understanding and insight to create a great event.

JIM ROGALSKI

Director/Assistant Coach, University of Michigan

Jim Rogalski enters his third season as defensive coordinator for the Wolverines and second year as associate head coach. He previously serving as head coach at Lafayette for five seasons (2013-17).

In the shortened 2020 season, he led a defensive unit that allowed 11.86 goals per game, and mentored a trio of goalkeepers that saw game action.

In addition to his coordinator duties in his initial season in Ann Arbor, he helped guide goalie Tommy Heidt to the top goals-against mark in program history (10.11).

Prior to his time at Lafayette, he was the head man at Division III Scranton, where he led the Royals to the 2011 Landmark Conference Championship and the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance in his first season on the sidelines. He compiled an 18-15 record after two consecutive winning seasons and also coached Scranton's first All-American.

Prior to taking over at Scranton, Rogalski spent six seasons on the coaching staff at Rutgers, beginning in 2004. He spent three seasons as the head assistant lacrosse coach before being promoted to associate head coach in 2007. In his first three seasons under Jim Stagnitta at Rutgers, Rogalski handled various coaching and administrative duties, including game and practice planning, recruiting, monitoring NCAA compliance, as well as organizing clinics for local youth players and youth coaches. In his role as associate head coach, he oversaw the Scarlet Knights' recruiting efforts, which resulted in nationally-ranked recruiting classes by Inside Lacrosse magazine in 2007 and 2008 and commitments from five High School All-Americans for the 2011 season.
